Healthy Cookie Dough

This is fast, easy, and you can make it for 1! It’s the perfect snack or dessert if you desire something sweet but don’t want to indulge in candy or sugary sweets! This cookie dough also has tons of protein and is very filling!

1 medium banana

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

1 packet sweetener (I use Stevia)

pinch of salt

3-4 T oats

2 T nut butter of choice

1 T maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla

Dash of cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice

2 T Chocolate Chips

1 T Flax seeds (optional)

Almond milk (optional for desired texture)

  1. Mash banana and mix with protein powder, sweetener and dash of salt.
  2. Warm the nut butter and maple syrup in the microwave for about 30 seconds. Then mix in with banana mixture.
  3. Add vanilla, oats, cinnamon and flax seeds (optional). Add chips!
  4. If desired, add more oats to make it thicker or add almond milk for thinner consistency. If you want to bulk this recipe up add consistent amount of oats and almond milk. Enjoy!
