These cookies are one of my go-to’s when I am craving something sweet, fast and healthy. They are great even to eat without baking them! Super easy and don’t have many ingredients. You can also add some peanut butter for flavor and protein. If the bananas you have aren’t ripe, add a little brown sugar to the batter before you bake them!
1 ¼ C oats
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp of cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice
¾ C chocolate chips
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mash bananas in a bowl, then add oats and stir.
- Add the vanilla and cinnamon and chocolate chips
- Drop by spoon on baking sheet and cook for 15 minutes
Makes about 24 cookies. Or you can put the batter in a brownie pan and bake/microwave
You can also make them in the microwave for 2 minutes on high power!
